Karen Bunch is a Certified Window Treatment Consultant and a Hunter Douglas Representative.

The Certified Window Treatment Consultant Program was developed by the WCAA, of which I am a member in good standing, to establish and disseminate a comprehensive professional level of knowledge in providing consumers with quality window treatments.

As a Hunter Douglas Representative, I offer Shop At Home service on all Hunter Douglas Blinds, Shades and Shutters. I encourage you to visit their website. If one of their products interests you, please contact me with the details so that I can simplify your purchase and installation.

In addition, I am a certified distributor of Safe-T-Shade, a child-safe cordless lift system. This product was released in 2010 and has absolutely no cords of any kind. Pictures are shown under 'Shades' located in my website.

DRAPERIES
Styles range from dressy to casual. Some incorporate trimmings. You'll find panels embellished beads, lace, fringe, ruffles, and ribbons. Lengths vary depending on the customer's preferences and can even be designed to puddle luxuriously on the floor.

The choices are endless, aren't they? Whether you are a person of strong decision or strong indecision, I am here to help guide you through this labyrinth of drapery deliberations and make the job fun.

SHADES

Soft fabric shades are a simple but elegant solution for regulating light, room temperature and privacy, and can be made in a number of diverse styles.

These pleated balloon shades, of brilliant Dupione silk plaid, are made even more appealing with crescent-shaped hems customized by intriguing little spiral tassels. Click to see.

Stunningly simple yet effective relaxed Roman shades made of sheer patterned fabric soften the windows without distracting from the view.

SWAGS & SCARVES

I offer three types of window toppers: swags, scarves and valances. All three will add instant architectural interest to any room. They can be used alone to soften a window frame, or to top off curtains and shades for a lovely, graceful shape. Learn more about window toppers here.

Swags and jabots remain the most popular, classic window treatment, while scarves provide a slightly more simple, updated look.

At the customer's request, stunning scarf swags fabricated with ivory and gold boullion trim are made to order based on a photograph from a magazine.

Like liquid gold, this beautiful draped scarf with boullion fringe spills over the window.
